90-second Groin Stretch
This is my 90-second video demonstration of the self-treatment Exercise Rx for a "pulled groin." It was the "extreme edit" version of a more relaxed recoding that I've also included below. It isn't just the "butterfly stretch." Please keep it in mind if you have a tendency to get "groin pulls" or have hip pains. Obviously this is not a substitute for a complete diagnosis and treatment by a medical specialist.
